1.Machine bed: The main body of the machine bed is welded from high-quality, high-strength special materials, and the whole body is subjected to stress relief and tempering after welding. It has the characteristics of good overall rigidity, high strength, impact resistance, and small deformation, which can greatly improve the overall rigidity of the machine tool and the sawing stability of the machine tool.

2.Spindle part: The gearbox is integrally cast with high-quality, high-strength special materials, which is high in strength and impact-resistant. The spindle box and spindle made of high-performance materials undergo special heat treatment and precision grinding to ensure smooth transmission and average service life of the saw blade, and high transmission efficiency. The bearings are imported high-precision, high-strength imported bearings, which make the entire spindle box run with low noise, stable, and reliable transmission performance. The use of a unique saw blade stabilization and saw blade support system can greatly improve the rigidity of the circular saw blade, reduce the vibration and deflection of the saw blade, and greatly increase the service life of the saw blade, and reliably guarantee the accuracy and stability of sawing.

 3.Feeding system: The servo motor drives the lead screw to drive the spindle box to perform flat-cutting powerful feeding, which can cut off the clamped workpiece with high precision and fast speed.

 4.Clamping device: It consists of two sets of horizontal and vertical clamping devices. The front and rear sets of devices can be clamped and released at the same time to ensure the stability of the sawing process.

 5.Automatic feeding device: Automatic feeding adopts AC servo control of high-precision ball screw to ensure the feeding accuracy.

6.Roller rack: Roller rack is used to place raw materials to be cut in rows, and can hold rods up to 4 meters in length. Automatic material return mechanism is optional.

7.Hydraulic system: It is composed of oil tank, central block, hydraulic pump, hydraulic components, actuators, etc. It has low failure rate, reliable performance, and can stably and reliably realize various program actions.

8.Electrical system: It is composed of electrical cabinet, touch screen, buttons, PLC, motor, contactor, relay, heat exchanger, switch and auxiliary components. The machine tool can realize the whole process of numerical control. After the raw materials are placed on the material rack, the start button can be pressed to automatically saw and cut. The automation degree is high, and various safety protection devices can ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole process of sawing.

9.Cooling system: The micro-lubrication cooling lubrication system is used to achieve rapid cooling, reduce production costs, and at the same time improve the cutting quality and extend the service life of the saw blade.

10.Automatic chain plate chip removal system: The automatic chain plate chip removal system is used to collect sawdust generated by sawing, which effectively improves the workshop environment and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
