The multi-angle high-speed circular saw machine mainly consists of a machine bed, a high-speed sawing motor unit, a servo (hydraulic) feed system, a servo positioning system, a servo angle rotation system, a workpiece clamping fixture, an electrical system, a cooling system and a chain plate chip conveyor.
1.Machine bed: The main body of the machine bed is welded from high-quality, high-strength special materials, and the whole body is stress-relieved and tempered after welding. It has the characteristics of good overall rigidity, high strength, impact resistance, and small deformation, which can greatly improve the overall rigidity and sawing stability of the machine tool.
2.Motor group: The sawing motor group adopts a high-precision integrated sawing motor, which has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, strong power, fast response, etc., and the sawing is smooth and low in noise.
3.Servo feed system: The servo motor drives the precision lead screw to drive the sawing motor unit to the set position, the servo angle system rotates to the set angle, and the feed servo motor drives the precision lead screw to drive the sawing motor unit to feed vertically upward with strong force, so as to cut off the clamped workpiece with high precision and fast speed.
4.Servo angle rotation system: AC servo is used to control the precision turntable to rotate to a certain angle, so that the positioning accuracy is reliably guaranteed.
5.Electrical system: It is composed of electrical cabinet, touch screen, buttons, PLC, servo motor, motor, contactor, relay, heat exchanger, switch and auxiliary components. The machine tool can realize digital control of the whole process. After the raw materials are placed on the workbench, press the start button to automatically saw and cut. The automation is high, and various safety protection devices can ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole process of sawing.
6.Cooling system: adopts micro-spray cooling and lubrication system. This system uses environmentally friendly cutting oil for precise measurement of micro-lubrication. The well-designed nozzle sprays high-efficiency cutting oil to the saw teeth to reduce the generation of cutting heat. The nozzle sprays high-efficiency cutting oil to both sides of the saw blade for lubrication, which can not only improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and prevent environmental pollution, but also improve the quality of the cut and extend the service life of the saw blade.
7.Mechanical features: automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic angle rotation, automatic oil injection, automatic sawing, automatic feeding stroke 4000mm, servo motor driven precision gear rack transmission, high precision, NC controller, PLC control stability, electrical components are all well-known brands, the main machine fixture is 1 set of upper pressure and 2 sets of side pressure; the feeding table fixture is 1 set of side pressure (or pneumatic clamping mechanism), suitable for sawing irregular materials and sawing multiple materials at the same time, the equipment will automatically sense that there is no material during the processing process, and the equipment will automatically stop when the material processing is completed. It uses a bag vacuum cleaner and is designed with double suction ports to absorb chips, which can absorb most of the waste chips. The equipment has a counting function, which is convenient for counting the number.
